Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days after processing. All delivery times are non-binding estimates, not guarantees. We give no guaranteed delivery date and accept no liability for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, public holidays, peak season volume, or any other cause outside our direct control. A delayed delivery does not entitle you to cancellation, replacement, a refund, or compensation of any kind.

Rates

Standard Shipping is $4.99. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.

Address accuracy

You are solely responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly or incompletely are not eligible for replacement or refund, and we are under no obligation to recover such shipments.

Refused, unclaimed and undeliverable shipments

If you refuse a delivery, fail to collect a shipment held for you, or the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, the order is not refunded and we are under no obligation to reship it.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, contact support@novendo.shop and we will open a carrier investigation. Carrier investigations can take up to 15 business days. No replacement or refund is issued while an investigation is open, and the outcome of the carrier investigation is binding for the assessment of the claim.

Delivered but not received

You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by tracking. Where tracking confirms delivery to the address you provided, we are under no obligation to issue a replacement or refund. Claims made after the 7-day window cannot be processed.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover of the goods to the carrier.

Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Because we fulfill quickly, this window is typically under 12 hours. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
