The Novendo Handbook
Dental Health
in Cats
What is really happening in your cat's mouth, why a brush and a dental stick do not reach the place that matters, and how to give Novendo the right way.
Why you received this handbook
Because a scoop of powder only helps once you know what it is working against.
Most cat parents find out something is wrong at the vet's office. By then there is an appointment on the table, general anesthesia and a bill that runs into the hundreds or thousands. And almost always the same sentence comes with it: I never noticed a thing.
That is not a failure on your part. Cats hide pain in the mouth until they no longer can. They keep eating, they keep purring, they keep coming to you. Which is exactly why dental care in cats is something you do before you see anything.
This handbook has two jobs. It explains what is going on in your cat's mouth, in the language a veterinarian would use with you. And it shows you exactly how to give Novendo, what happens in which week, and what to do if something does not go the way you expected.
Plaque forms fresh every single day, with every meal. A professional cleaning removes what is there, not what grows back tomorrow. The days in between belong to you.
You are not doing this alone. Thousands of cat parents give Novendo daily, and almost all of them report the same thing: the cat simply eats it, and after one to two weeks the breath turns.
Read it in one go, or use the contents to jump to the chapter you need right now. Chapter 8 is the tutorial, chapter 11 answers the questions we get asked most.
Inside your cat's mouth
Thirty teeth, built for meat. And a weak point humans do not have.
An adult cat has 30 permanent teeth. Kittens start with 26 baby teeth, which they begin to lose around three months of age. By six months the adult set is complete. The baby teeth are so small that most owners never find a single one.
| Type of tooth | Count | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Incisors | 12 | Grooming, picking up small bites |
| Canines | 4 | Grasping and tearing |
| Premolars and molars | 14 | Breaking meat into pieces she can swallow |
Cats do not get cavities
Unlike ours, a cat's teeth have no flat grinding surfaces. They are built to cut, not to grind. That is why cats practically never get cavities. It sounds reassuring, and it is not: two other problems take the place of cavities, and both are more common and more painful.
Periodontal disease
Inflammation and breakdown of everything that holds the tooth in place: gum, ligament and jaw bone. Triggered by bacterial plaque. It is by far the most common clinical condition in cats, and it is what daily care works against.
Tooth resorption
The cat's own cells break the tooth down from the inside. The cause is still not fully understood, and genetics play a part. It usually affects the back teeth, often on both sides at once. More on this in chapter 12.
Why the mouth is never only the mouth
Untreated periodontal disease does not stay where it starts. Bacteria pass through the inflamed gum into the bloodstream, and from there they reach the kidneys, the liver and the heart. That is why dental health in cats is not a cosmetic matter. It is one of the factors that help decide how long and how well a cat lives.
From plaque to tooth loss
Four stages. The first two can be reversed, the last two cannot.
It all starts with something you cannot see. Within hours of a meal, a thin sticky film of bacteria, saliva components and food residue settles on the teeth. This biofilm is soft and clear. Left alone, minerals from the saliva move in, and soft turns hard. That is tartar. Its rough surface gives the next layer of plaque even more to hold on to, and the cycle starts over.
Gingivitis
The gum line is red and swollen, plaque covers the teeth. Usually the smell is what you notice first. Your cat still behaves completely normally.
ReversibleEarly periodontitis
The whole attached gum is inflamed. The supporting structure starts to give way and bone loss begins. Bad breath becomes obvious.
Partly reversibleModerate periodontitis
Hardened deposits and infection destroy the gum, which is bright red and bleeding. Eating changes, and so does behaviour. The smell is constant.
No longer reversibleSevere periodontitis
Chronic infection destroys gum, teeth and bone. Teeth loosen. Bacteria spread through the bloodstream and can affect kidneys, liver and heart.
No longer reversibleAnything you can see on the surface is already stage two or later. The work that really counts happens at stage zero: on the soft film that forms tonight.
What a professional cleaning does and does not do
For a professional cleaning your cat goes under general anesthesia. The vet removes hardened deposits above and below the gum line and polishes the teeth so new plaque has less to grip. In advanced cases extractions are added. This is necessary medicine, and if your vet recommends it, there is a reason.
But the procedure removes what is there today. With the next meal the build up starts again. Without daily care at home, many cats are back where they started within twelve to twenty four months.
The quiet signs
Your cat will not tell you. But she shows you, once you know where to look.
An animal in the wild that shows weakness becomes prey. That instinct is still in the cat on your sofa. She keeps eating with a painful tooth, because in her logic not eating is the more dangerous option. Which is why the first signs are almost always small ones.
What to watch for
- Her breath smells, even when she is not right in front of you
- She turns her head to the side while eating, or chews only on one side
- She swallows food without chewing
- Dry food is suddenly left in the bowl
- She takes longer over a meal, or spreads food around the bowl
- She paws at her mouth or shakes her head
- She drools more than usual
- The gum at the tooth line is red or swollen
- She grooms less and her coat looks dull
- Blood on the bowl, on a toy or in her saliva
- She loses weight or eats less
Bleeding, heavy drooling, weight loss, a cat that stops eating or flinches when you touch her mouth: that belongs in a clinic, not in a handbook. Novendo is daily prevention and does not replace an examination.
The two week look
Take twenty seconds every two weeks. Gently lift her upper lip with your thumb, look at the gum line along the back teeth, then let go. You do not need to open her mouth or hold anything back. Take a photo with your phone the first time. Six weeks later take a second one from the same angle. Side by side you will see differences that get lost in everyday life.
Why brushes, sticks and water additives fall short
Not because they do nothing. Because they do not reach the place that counts.
Every method has its logic. The problem is the same for all of them: the decisive spot is the narrow gap between tooth and gum, and it is hard to get to.
| Method | What it does | Where it fails | Daily? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toothbrush | Mechanically the most effective method there is, when it works | Very few cats will let you open their mouth every day. After a few attempts she hides as soon as you open the drawer | Rarely |
| Dental sticks | Some abrasion on the teeth that touch them | Your cat decides where and how long she chews. You cannot explain to her that today the back teeth are due | Yes |
| Water additives | Spread through the whole mouth | Many cats drink noticeably less once the water tastes different. Then water intake drops, and that is the bigger problem | Unreliable |
| Dental dry food | Larger kibble, a little more abrasion | Only works on the teeth that bite into it, and only as long as she eats that food | Yes |
| Powder over the food | Mixes with the saliva as she eats and travels wherever saliva goes | Only works with daily use. No substitute for removing hard tartar that is already there | Yes |
If your cat lets you brush her teeth every day, keep doing exactly that. It is the most thorough method there is. Novendo is for everyone else: for cats who turn brushing into a fight, and for owners who need a routine they can still keep up on day one hundred.
"I am so pleased that all four of my girls eat it without any fuss. I never would have thought it."
How Novendo works
The detour that is not one: into the food, into the saliva, onto every tooth.
Novendo is a powder, not a treat and not a gel. That difference is the whole point.
Onto the food
One scoop goes on the meal that is happening anyway. No holding her down, no opening her mouth.
Into the saliva
As she eats, the powder mixes with her saliva. That turns it into a liquid that washes through the whole mouth.
Onto every tooth
Saliva is the only thing that reliably reaches every tooth surface, including the back ones and the gum line.
Every single day
Plaque forms daily. That is why Novendo is a routine and not a ten day cure.
Why saliva is the carrier
A brush reaches the outer surfaces. A dental stick reaches the teeth she happens to chew on. Saliva reaches everything. It is there around the clock, it runs into the gap between tooth and gum, and it goes where your cat would never let you reach. A powder taken in with the food and carried by the saliva uses exactly that route.
It is also the reason the dose is so small. One scoop is roughly two grams. The point is not to scrub mechanically. The point is that the active ingredient passes every tooth surface, every day.
What Novendo does
- It helps reduce soft plaque before it hardens
- It supports healthy gums
- It works against bad breath, which almost always comes from the plaque
Novendo does not dissolve hard tartar that is already stuck on. It does not heal a diseased tooth and it does not replace an examination. It works on the plaque that forms fresh every day. Exactly there, and nowhere else.
How that reads in practice
"Before we started, my cat had very bad breath. Her teeth were already yellow and she had inflamed gums everywhere. By the second week her breath was much better and the teeth and gums were lighter. From the third week her gums were no longer inflamed."
What is in it, what is not
Five ingredients, each with its amount. No blanket terms, no blend without numbers.
Most dental powders for cats list their ingredients but not the amounts. Then you cannot tell whether the active ingredient is a main component or a trace that is just enough to make the label. Here is the complete formula.
Of the 1,000 mg in one scoop, 979 mg are active ingredient. The rest is flavor and flow aid. There are no fillers in there to make the powder cheaper.
What we deliberately left out
Why no algae and no added iodine
Many well known dental powders are built on seaweed or brown algae. Algae bring iodine with them, and the amount varies from batch to batch. In a healthy cat that may go unnoticed. In older cats the thyroid is something your vet is already watching. So we kept iodine out of the formula in the first place.
Manufacturing and testing
- Produced in a facility operating to NSF-GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001, FDA registered
- Every batch is lab tested before it is filled
- 1.41 oz per jar, two year shelf life, scoop included
Novendo is developed and dosed for cats. Do not give it to a dog or any other animal.
How to give it
The complete tutorial. Five seconds a day once it is a habit.
The amount
| Your cat's weight | Amount per day | One jar lasts |
|---|---|---|
| under 15 lbs | half a scoop | about 40 days |
| 15 lbs and over | one full scoop | about 30 days |
A full scoop is roughly two grams. The scoop comes with every order. If you misplace it: a level teaspoon is far too much, use about a third of that.
Step by step
Measure
Scoop into the jar, level it off. Do not heap it.
Sprinkle
Over her usual food. Wet or dry, both work.
Stir in
With wet food, stir briefly so the powder spreads instead of sitting on top.
Keep going
The same meal every day. It becomes a habit you stop thinking about.
Wet food
Stir it in briefly. The powder then spreads through the whole bowl instead of sitting on the top layer. For cats who sniff anything new with suspicion, this is the better route.
Dry food
Just sprinkle it over and shake the bowl gently so it sticks to the kibble.
Do not dissolve it in water
It clumps and you lose the dose on the rim of the bowl. Novendo belongs in the food, not in the water bowl.
Morning or evening?
It makes no difference. What matters is that it happens every day. Many owners pick the evening meal, because the evening routine is more reliable than the morning rush. Choose the meal that is least likely to be skipped in your household.
More than one cat
Each cat gets her own portion based on her own weight. Do not put the combined amount in one bowl, because then one cat gets too much and one gets too little. If your cats eat out of each other's bowls, give the powder at the meal where they are separated, or move the bowls further apart.
Storage
- Close the jar tightly, store dry and at room temperature
- Not in the fridge, the powder draws moisture there
- Keep the scoop dry. Never put a wet scoop back in the jar
- Keep out of direct sunlight
Open the jar, take the scoop, put it on the food, set the bowl down. That is all of it. Your cat does not have to put up with anything, you do not have to hold her, and there is nothing left to do afterwards.
"I tried it right away and my cat ate his whole bowl."
"I never would have thought my fussy cats would like this so much. I give it in the evening. It all gets eaten up."
Your first eight weeks
What happens when. And what definitely does not happen on day one.
Novendo is built for every day, not for a quick cure. Anyone expecting white teeth after three days will be disappointed. Anyone who knows what to look for in which week will see the change.
She simply eats it
The change on day one is not clean teeth. It is that a small amount sits on her usual food, your cat eats, and nobody has to hold her. For 99.6 percent of cats that works straight away.
Good intentions turn into a routine
This is where most attempts at dental care fall apart. Not here, because the effort is five seconds. After a few days you stop thinking about it.
The breath turns
The most common first piece of feedback. Bad breath comes from bacterial plaque, and that is where change shows up fastest. The smell when she cuddles up fades.
Less plaque
Soft plaque no longer settles the same way. The gum line looks calmer. Now is the time for that second photo from chapter 4.
The routine carries itself
The scoop belongs to dinner the way the food does. You no longer have to remember, it just happens.
Care instead of an anesthesia appointment
Daily care instead of waiting for the next procedure. You go in for a check up, not out of worry.
What other cat parents report during these weeks
"His breath was noticeably better after the first two weeks. I did not expect it to work that fast."
"The bad breath is gone, my cat just will not show me his teeth. It would be lovely if they were fine too. Thank you!"
"I have two cats, and the male had a light layer of plaque. Week by week there is less of it, and I expect it to disappear completely."
"This product is fantastic. Before, we were fighting a lot of plaque, and since then that is off the table. Happy to order again."
Old, firmly attached tartar does not disappear because of a powder. Only your vet removes that. Novendo works on what forms afterwards, and that is what decides how soon the next appointment comes.
When it does not go to plan
The three situations we hear about most, and what to do about them.
She will not eat it
It happens, even though it is rare. Cats are creatures of habit, and some need a few days before something new in the bowl counts as normal. Here is how to build it up:
- Days 1 and 2: start with a knife tip, not the full portion. So little that she barely notices the difference.
- Days 3 and 4: move to half a portion. Stirring it into wet food works better than sprinkling, because the smell is not sitting on top.
- From day 5: full portion. Most cats are long past this point by now.
If that does not do it, try a different food as the carrier, ideally one with a strong smell of its own. And write to us. We have found a solution for almost every situation, and if we cannot, the guarantee applies.
I see nothing after two weeks
Two weeks is the earliest for breath and too early for plaque. Check three things:
- Is she really getting it every day, or were there three days when it was skipped?
- Is the amount right for her weight?
- Does she empty the bowl, or is there a leftover with the powder in it?
If all of that checks out, give the routine the full six weeks. Plaque is a matter of weeks, not days. And do not compare from memory, compare with the photo from day one.
She threw up or did not tolerate it
Stop giving it and write to us. This is rare, but it happens, and we do not treat it as a complaint. We treat it as something we want to know about. Every single report of this kind is documented and passed on to production. You get your money back and we do not need the jar.
How to reach us
Include your order number. We usually reply the same or the next business day. There is no phone menu and no form with required fields.
Every question, including the uncomfortable ones
38 answers. Nothing left out, including where the answer is no.
Will this actually work on my cat?
Nobody can promise you that in advance, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can say: Novendo works on the soft plaque that forms fresh every day in every cat. That part is the same for all of them.
What differs is how much hard tartar is already there, how the gums look, and whether there is a disease behind it that no powder can touch. Which is why your own cat is the measure. Take a photo today, give it daily for six weeks, then look again. If you see no difference, you get your money back.
How fast will I notice something?
Most cat parents notice fresher breath after one to two weeks. With plaque, the change shows after three to six weeks of daily use. Anything promised faster than that is unrealistic.
Will it dissolve the tartar my cat already has?
No. Hard, firmly attached tartar is only removed by your vet. Novendo works on soft plaque before it hardens. If your cat already has heavy tartar, the sensible order is: the appointment first, then daily care so the next appointment takes longer to come around.
Does it help with gums that are already inflamed?
Gum inflammation is caused by bacterial plaque. Less plaque means less irritation. Several customers report that the gum line calmed down after two to three weeks. But: strongly reddened, bleeding or swollen gums need to be examined first. There can be more behind that than plaque.
How long do I have to give it?
For as long as you want it to work. Plaque forms fresh with every meal, so daily dental care is not a course with an end date, it is a routine like the food itself. Stop, and the old process in the mouth simply carries on.
I have tried so many things and nothing helped
We hear that sentence often, and it is fair. Most products on the shelf work at the surface: they scrape a little or they mask the smell. The difference is not in the promise, it is in the route: through the food into the saliva and from there onto every tooth surface, including the ones no dental stick reaches. Whether that changes anything for your cat is something you decide over the next 60 days, not us.
My cat is extremely picky
That is the second biggest worry before buying and the number one piece of feedback afterwards: 99.6 percent of cats simply eat it with their food. That is down to the chicken flavor and the small amount. If yours hesitates, the day by day build up is in chapter 10.
Wet food or dry food?
Both. Stir it briefly into wet food so the powder spreads. Over dry food just sprinkle it on. Do not dissolve it in water, it clumps.
Morning or evening?
It does not matter. What matters is that it happens daily. Pick the meal that reliably takes place in your household.
I have several cats, how do I dose?
Each cat gets her own portion by her own weight, not the combined amount in a shared bowl. Otherwise one gets too much and one too little. With three cats one jar lasts about ten to fourteen days.
What if she does not finish the bowl?
Then she only gets part of the portion. For cats who graze through the day, put the powder on the meal she reliably finishes, and stir it into wet food.
Does it change how the food tastes?
It smells faintly of chicken. For most cats that is an argument in favor rather than against. The amount is small enough that the usual food stays in the foreground.
Is silicon dioxide a concern?
Silicon dioxide is an approved additive in food and feed and keeps the powder free flowing so it does not clump. It makes up one percent of the formula, which is about 20 milligrams per daily portion.
And zeolite? I have read bad things about it
In our formula zeolite is a trace component at 0.06 percent, not the active ingredient. With some suppliers zeolite is the main component and dosed accordingly. In Novendo it works out to just over one milligram per day. The main component is malt sprout extract at almost 98 percent.
Is it grain free?
No. The main component is malt sprout extract from germinated barley, and barley is a grain. If your cat has a grain intolerance or is fed grain free, talk to your vet first.
My cat is on an elimination diet and cannot have chicken
Then Novendo is not suitable during the diet. The chicken flavor is one percent, but on a strict elimination diet every source counts. Get in touch and we will hold the jar for you or refund the purchase until the diet is over.
Does it contain iodine?
No added iodine and no algae. That is a deliberate break from the market standard, where iodine comes along with seaweed, often in varying amounts.
Does it contain brewer's yeast, protease or green tea extract?
No. Those come from an older formula and are no longer included. If you read them anywhere, the list in chapter 7 is the one that applies.
Can I overdose it?
Stick to the amount for her weight. More powder does not speed anything up, because the route runs through the saliva and not through the quantity. Accidentally giving a full scoop instead of a half one is nothing to worry about.
From what age? Are kittens allowed?
Novendo is intended for adult cats. For kittens going through the change of teeth, up to about six months, we would wait and raise it with your vet at the next vaccination visit. A healthy kitten does not need support for the change of teeth itself.
My cat is 16. Is she too old?
No, quite the opposite. In senior cats dental care matters even more, because the burden from inflammation grows with age and every general anesthesia becomes riskier. That is exactly why Novendo has no added iodine: in older cats the thyroid is already on the list.
My cat has kidney disease, diabetes or a thyroid condition
For any cat with a chronic condition the same rule applies as for anything else added to the bowl: talk to the treating vet first. Take the ingredient list from chapter 7 with you, it has all the amounts. We will also send you the details as a file on request.
Pregnant or nursing cat?
During that time we advise against it and point you to your vet. That is not a statement about a risk, it is caution: we have no data of our own on it, and we would rather say so than claim something.
Can a cat with a salivary gland condition have it?
Talk to your vet about this one. Novendo works through the saliva, and with a salivary gland condition that exact route is altered. This is not a question we can answer from a distance.
Can I give it to my dog as well?
No. Novendo is developed and dosed for cats. There are separate products for dogs.
What if my cat has tooth resorption?
Then that tooth belongs to your vet. Tooth resorption often sits where you cannot see it, and only a dental x-ray shows it for certain. No powder treats a resorptive tooth, it has to come out.
But every other tooth needs its daily care all the more. Soft plaque keeps forming on them every day, and additional inflammation is the last thing a mouth with resorption needs. Your vet takes care of the diseased tooth. You take care of all the others, every day at the bowl.
My vet says a powder like this does nothing
A vet who says that has often been right: the market is full of products that only mask the smell. Take the ingredient list from chapter 7 to your next appointment, with all the amounts. That is something you can discuss professionally. A marketing claim is not.
And we are not setting ourselves against your vet. Novendo is the daily line of defence between two appointments, not instead of them.
Does this replace a professional cleaning?
No. Where there is hard tartar, inflamed gums, pain or loose teeth, treatment is necessary and a powder does not undo it. What daily care influences is the gap until the next time.
When do I need to see a vet immediately?
With bleeding in the mouth, heavy drooling, weight loss, refusal to eat, a cat that flinches when her mouth is touched, or loose teeth. Do not wait on a powder for any of those.
How does the 60 day guarantee work exactly?
You take Novendo into your routine for 60 days. If it does not convince you, email us with your order number and you get the purchase price back. You do not need to keep the jar, give a reason or fill in a form.
How does the subscription work?
You get 20 percent off your order. There is no minimum term and you can cancel any time in your account or by emailing support@novendo.shop. If you would rather not subscribe, simply order as a one off. Nothing is set up automatically.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
In your account under Manage Subscription, or send us one line by email. No notice period, no waiting, no retention call.
Who is behind Novendo?
Novendo is run by Kestrel Commerce LLC. The full details are in the legal notice on novendo.shop. You can reach us at support@novendo.shop and we usually reply the same or the next business day.
Where is the powder made?
In a facility operating to NSF-GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001, and FDA registered. Every batch is lab tested before it is filled. If you would like to see the documentation, write to us and we will send it.
How long does shipping take?
You can see the current status of your order any time at novendo.shop/apps/tracking. If something is stuck, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
How long does a jar last and what is the shelf life?
1.41 oz. For a cat under 15 lbs about 40 days, for a larger cat about 30 days. Unopened the shelf life is two years, and the date is on the jar.
I lost my scoop
Write to us and we will send you a new one. Until then: one full scoop is about two grams, roughly a third of a level teaspoon.
Why should I believe you?
You do not have to. Which is why this handbook also states what Novendo cannot do: dissolve hard tartar, heal a diseased tooth, replace your vet. And why we list every ingredient with its amount instead of a blend without numbers.
The measure is your own cat, not our text. Photo on day one, photo after six weeks, 60 days to decide. If you see no difference, you get your money back.
When it belongs to your vet
The limits of this product, stated plainly. That belongs in an honest handbook.
Novendo is daily prevention. It is not a medicine, not a treatment, and it does not replace the regular check your vet gives your cat. There are situations where a powder achieves nothing, and it would be dishonest to leave them out.
This belongs in a clinic, not in the bowl
- Firmly attached tartar. Only removed mechanically, under anesthesia.
- Tooth resorption. The cat's own cells break the tooth down from the inside. It cannot be stopped and it cannot be filled, the tooth has to come out. Often it only shows on a dental x-ray.
- Bleeding or badly swollen gums. There can be more behind that than plaque.
- Loose or broken teeth. Always a case for the clinic.
- Pain while eating, refusing food, weight loss. Here every week counts.
- Chronic gingivostomatitis. A condition of its own, where the immune system overreacts to plaque. It needs veterinary treatment.
Once a year, even when everything looks fine
Have your cat's mouth checked once a year at her routine examination, and twice a year for seniors. A look takes two minutes and finds things you cannot see at home, because they sit below the gum line or at the root.
Your vet takes care of what is diseased. You take care of what forms fresh every day. Both together is dental health. One alone is not enough.

The reviews, unfiltered
Not a single one star or two star review. That is the number we watch most closely, because it is the first to turn when something is wrong.
Voices from our customers in Europe
Novendo started in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These reviews are translated from the original German, word for word.
"I was very skeptical, but I am very happy that I ordered this product. My Nemo and my Maui eat it really well, their coats are no longer dull and dry but shiny, and with Nemo the bad smell from his mouth is gone. He has become a completely different cat, he plays, romps around and talks!"
"Great product. My cat takes it without any problem. It showed results after a short time. The customer service is simply excellent too. A clear recommendation."
"For one thing, it is clearly no problem at all for our two picky cats to eat this powder along with their food. And I would say that after barely a week the mouth smell has become much less."
"I have been giving it to my cats for three weeks. I have already noticed changes. Very satisfied. I would buy it again any time."
"My Kikki and Carlo take the powder very happily. I hope their teeth stay healthy."
"That my cat eats the food with the powder at all. I have not noticed anything with his teeth yet, but he has only had it for two weeks."
What customers write to us directly
"My Mausi has been eating it enthusiastically for a few days. I am definitely not sending it back."
"This is really wonderful and truly excellent service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend your company warmly."
"The package arrived. And the cats have already eaten, no problems at all."
"Before the jar is empty I will certainly order more."
Why cat parents choose Novendo
We ask after every order what tipped the decision. These are the most common answers, in the order they come up.
- Even fussy cats eat it most mentioned
- Just sprinkle it on the food, no brushing joint first
- The explanation of how it works makes sense third
- 60 days money back, so no risk fourth
- Prevention, before anything hurts fifth
- Avoiding the anesthesia and the vet procedure sixth
"We want to spare our cat the anesthesia and the whole vet procedure."
Message from a customer · 10 October 2026What we stand for
We make one single product and not a product family: a daily dental powder for cats. That is why we can afford to name every ingredient with its amount, to leave out algae and added iodine, and to have every batch tested, instead of pushing out the next trend blend.
Our four promises
- Every ingredient with its amount. Five ingredients, all declared, no blanket terms.
- We also say what does not work. This handbook names the limits in a chapter of its own, not in the small print.
- 60 days, no reason needed. One email with your order number is enough. You do not have to send the jar back.
- A person answers. No phone menu, no form. Usually the same or the next business day.
