90-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The period for this guarantee is 90 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that you may only claim this guarantee after your order has physically arrived. Canceling an order that is already in transit is not covered under this guarantee. Furthermore, our money-back guarantee strictly applies only to unused goods in their undamaged original packaging. Once the product packaging of the Novendo Ultrasonic Animal Repeller has been opened, or if the products have been used, soiled, or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, a return under this guarantee is completely excluded.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us via email at novendostore@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs and Address You will be responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning the goods to us. Please note that returns must be sent directly to our central warehouse overseas:

Important Customs Information: The return shipment must be correctly declared to Chinese customs as "Returned Goods". We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with order tracking. Without a valid, verifiable shipping receipt and tracking number, we cannot process your return or issue a refund.

General Return Instructions & Condition of Goods Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. To qualify for a refund, you must return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If your items suffer any diminished value due to improper handling or inadequate packaging during the return transit, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Refund Process Once we have received and inspected your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly. We will reimburse the payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose an expedited delivery method). We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.
